The government is backing electric vehicle use in this country through grants and other incentives. More and more people are making the change to this eco-friendlier option. The requirement for EV charging points is only going grow.
This 2 – day course is aimed at practicing electricians interested in understanding how to design and install the range of EV supply equipment and systems available.
By successfully completing the on-line exam for the qualification, electricians can enhance their expertise regarding EV charging infrastructure, with the aim of ensuring safe and efficient installations for the growing demand in this field.
To ensure this course is suitable for you, it is a requirement that you are over the age of 18 and a fully qualified electrician, not requiring practical instruction and assessment, who holds, and can provide evidence of an NVQ in Electrical Installation or Experienced Worker Qualification or ECS Gold Card (for domestic electrician) JIB Electrician or Approved Electrician Card.
All students should bring with them to the course the following book:
