The government is backing electric vehicle use in this country through grants and other incentives. More and more people are making the change to this eco-friendlier option. Over 10,000 EV charging points are required this year and the numbers are only going to grow. You will need to know how to install these in domestic, public and private business locations.
This 2 – day course is for those who wish to understand the practical and technical requirements of installing EV charging points, and to prove their competence.
To ensure this course is suitable for you, it is a requirement that you are a fully qualified electrician, not requiring practical instruction and assessment, who holds, and can provide evidence of:
• NVQ in Electrical Installation or Experienced Worker Qualification or Gold Card**
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Initial Verification (2391-50 or 2391-52)
All students should bring with them to the course the following book:
